Our educational programs

We at Academy of Little Achievers (ALA) are a NAC Accredited, Gold Seal preschool. We offer care for children from ages one through school age, as well as free VPK. ALA is also a Gold Rated School Readiness provider with the Early Learning Coalition. Our focus is on small class sizes to ensure that your child is getting the time and attention necessary for kindergarten readiness.

Toddler care

1 to 2 years old

By focusing on “Respect” for ourselves, our classmates, our teachers and our community.

Through the exploration of both gross and fine motor activities.

Through the incorporation of hands-on activities to promote life long learning experiences.

Through the incorporation of music and movement to stimulate brain development.

Through the use of varied learning styles to ensure whole child development.

Speech & Language Development:

Through the use of a print-rich environment, we foster a love for learning and use of language in the classroom.

Through the use of several developmentally appropriate curriculums.

Through the parallel learning strategy, we incorporate Spanish into their daily routines.

Continued development for successful transition to Prekindergarten

VPK

4 to 5 years old

The Goals of the Preschool Program Are To:
